Hotel Booking Conditions

Hotel bookings are made through an official request to the Minzifa Travel travel agency. Completed booking forms are required to confirm the reservation. Client information must be provided at least 72 hours prior to the start of the booking process. Minzifa Travel is not responsible for any inconvenience resulting from delayed submission of information.A 20% deposit of the total room cost must be paid upon confirmation of the booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days before check-in. If the booking is made within 3 days of check-in, full payment is required. Please note that Minzifa Travel reserves the right to unilaterally decline a booking request without explanation and refund the deposit.

Most Hotels

Check-in time is from 14:00 (2:00 PM). Minzifa Travel cannot guarantee room availability before this time. For early check-in, prior booking is required. Without prior notice, Minzifa Travel cannot guarantee room readiness.In case of early arrival between 07:00 AM and 2:00 PM, an additional charge of 50% of the room rate applies.For check-in before 07:00 AM, an additional charge of 100% of the room rate applies.Check-out time is before 12:00 PM (noon). For late check-out until 6:00 PM, an additional charge of 50% of the room rate applies.Check-out after 6:00 PM is subject to an additional 100% charge of the room rate.

Hotel Cancellation Policies

If the client cancels the reserved services less than 3 days before the check-in date, the client shall pay MINZIFATRAVEL 50% of the reserved room rate.For Groups: The total number of rooms may be canceled without penalty up to 21 days before arrival. From 21 to 4 days before arrival, up to 10% of the reserved rooms may be canceled without penalty.In case of cancellation or no-show, the client shall pay 100% of the room rate as stated in the contract for the specified period. If a guest arrives later than scheduled, they are still required to pay for the missed night.

Obligations

If the services provided do not meet the standards described in the hotel offer, the client has the right to demand corrections free of charge.The client must comply with all hotel regulations. In case of property damage by the client or if unauthorized guests are invited to the hotel, the hotel staff, guests, or residents shall bear responsibility in accordance with the laws of the host country.Minzifa Travel has contracts with hotels to assist in accommodation and hotel bookings in Uzbekistan and acts as an agent for third parties. Minzifa Travel is not responsible for the actions or inactions of these third parties.
