Cancellation Policy / Terms and Conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully.
By booking a tour with MinizfaTravel by FE `Unique Travel`, licensed under T-0087 by the national company `Uzbektourism`, after reviewing the offered services and confirming the availability of the selected tour package (services), you will be provided with a PDF file containing detailed information about the tour (services) and booking terms in the form of a booking form. This information will also be available for download in the traveler's personal account. The agreement for the provision of services and its confirmation is based on a non-refundable deposit for the booked services (tour package, travel services) and confirmation of receipt by the Company. In this case, it is considered that you agree to the booking conditions, and your order will be accepted. If you have any questions or special requests regarding these terms, you must discuss and resolve them with MINZIFATRAVEL before receiving these documents.
Booking
The customer must provide a deposit of at least 30% of the total tour cost. A completed booking form and a signed declaration are required to confirm the reservation.
The balance of the tour cost must be paid to MINZIFATRAVEL at least 40 days before the start of the tour. If you book within 40 days of the tour start date, full payment for the services or tour package must be made. Full details of your travel insurance policy must be provided at the time of final payment.
Cancellation
According to our booking policy, our cancellation fees are as follows:
30 days or more before departure – 30% of the tour cost, deposit forfeited
29 to 15 days before departure – 50% of the tour cost *
14 to 7 days before departure – 70% of the tour cost *
6 days or less before departure – 100% of the tour cost *
Tickets not included in the MINZIFATRAVEL tour itinerary are not included in the package price. Any airline cancellation terms should be clarified with your flight booking agent.
MINZIFATRAVEL strives to monitor developments in Central Asia closely. If a tour is canceled due to natural disasters, political instability, or similar reasons for safety concerns, MINZIFATRAVEL will refund all payments made to MINZIFATRAVEL minus an administrative fee of $250 per person. Other possible costs such as flight cancellations, penalties, expenses, etc., as well as passport registration and visa fees, are non-refundable through MINZIFATRAVEL.
Escorted Tours
Any additional services not specified in the itinerary, such as laundry, tips, visas and passport registration, extra entrance tickets not included in the tour, meals, additional excursions, etc., are to be paid by the client. If you are traveling alone and have indicated that you would like to share a room, MINZIFATRAVEL will make efforts to accommodate your request. However, if a room share cannot be arranged, you must pay the single room supplement according to the applicable rates.
